WELCOME
Welcome to Locke Domain!
- If you are looking for dogs of all breeds, Shakta City should be the place you visit. Dogs rule here, roaming the dead city in packs and gangs.
- If you are a more feral type, then you will find the wolves in the wilderness. Ranging as both loners and packs, the strong and proud wolves dominate their terrain.
- The outskirts of Shakta City is a dangerous place where you will meet both dogs and wolves. Watch your step, for no one truly owns these places.
- Following their canine companions are birds of any species called familiars. Bound to their partners by mysterious means, when one is hurt, the other is also affected.
Weather
The boiling temperatures have cooled considerably, leaving the air pleasantly cool. Leaves are turning colors and dropping from their trees, bringing the forests alive with vibrant colors. Squirrels are becoming much more active, trying to gather the last nuts for their storage before winter hits. Perhaps to become easy prey.

Vaser attempted to keep up with Thatche but her wounded leg was not agreeing with her. She limped carefully as Thatched danced around her in circles with joyful yelps and grunts. Her green eyes glided from side to side in a failed attempt to track the wolf, when suddenly she felt a pressure on her chest. Her fur stood on end as she attempted to look down. She let out a playful whine as she flopped rater ungracefully to her side to avoid the gray wolfs strange playing.
Quickly, she got to her paws and searched for her. Spotting her laughing like a wild dog, she grinned. Nice try, pup... but you missed. Pouncing with amazing spring to only have three working legs, she lunged to Thatche, intending to pin her. Too bad she was wounded. This would be so much easier.

this time i wonder what it feels like to find the one in this life the one we all dream of
Pup? Who you callin' pup? Ya old furball! She laughed, trying to roll out of the way before she was landed on top of. Unfortunately, she was still laughing, and managed to only roll onto her back instead out of the way. Thus, when Vaser landed, it was directly on top of Thatche. Her eyes went wide in surprise, and her laughter ceased, leaving her in a shocked silence. Reaper shifted, craning her neck to see the two wolves. Uncomfortable, fearing that the situation might take on a different nature, she spread her wings. Catching wind beneath her wings, she took off through the trees and disappeared. Perhaps she'd return later.
Thatche giggled, taking no notice of her bird leaving, and instead staring up at Vaser. Ya got me. She said playfully, tail wagging back and forth happily.
but dreams just aren't enough so i'll be waiting for the real thing

Who was you calling an old furball, pup? Vaser grunted and moved away, licking her wounded leg, as if to point out that she had accomplished this with a less than useful leg. You need to work on your skills a bit. Nodding her head to the cave she urged Thatche to fallow her.
Slowly she limped up to the mouth of the cave. Sitting down, she let out a low whimper. Her leg was acting up. I think I have hurt my leg again. It's not bleeding... She commented making no other effort to move her leg. Sighing, she looked over to the gray wolf. Sorry, you are on you own for dinner. Be careful huh?
